I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Arcadis in June 2012
Interview
The process began with an online application and an employee recommendation. Soon after I had a phone interview with a recruiter who later scheduled an in person interview for the particular office I sought to work for. About a week later I came to the scheduled interview and was soon told by one interviewer that everyone had some last minute jobs to complete. Thus, the interview was done in bits and pieces and I was not able to meet with everyone as scheduled. There was not adequate time to ask all of my questions since everything was rushed. The interview concluded with a lunch interview with another interviewer. Since the main interviewer was not in the office when we returned, I called to thank him and let him know that I would be interested to know when I should hear back. A week after the interview, I called again with no reply. At the three week mark the recruiter informed me that the interview process was complete. At the six week mark I concluded that no one is ever going to contact me back.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Arcadis (Richmond, VA) in Mar 2020
Interview
They are very willing to work with current interns to transition to full-time work. I was offered jobs in two different locations, one of which was my current location without an additional interview and another was a location of my choice that I interviewed at separately.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arcadis
Interview
The interview was straight forward and very relaxed. They didn't ask me anything that I didn't expect. A majority of the time was spent discussing projects the senior engineers work on and the responsibilities of the position I was applying for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you know about the company and why do you want to join our team?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Arcadis (White Plains, NY) in May 2017
Interview
I got contacted by recruiter in March. I went to on-site interview in May at White Plains, NY office. I interviewed with 5 people from two main water sectors in WP office. They asked basic behavioral questions and the overall process was pretty laid-back. I pretty enjoyed the interview. There was barely time for me to have a rest between two interviewer, which made the whole process a little bit tired.
I kept following-up after the interview, but the recruiter told me that they were still interviewing more people. I didn't got official rejection. The recruiter informed me that the office didn't think I was a fit for there position.
