I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arista Networks (Santa Clara, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
(This was for a new grad position) Phone screen with basic technical questions followed by phone interview coding test where you SSH into interviewer's laptop and solve a few coding problems (around leetcode easy/medium difficulty). Then they sent the offer a few days later. They did not ask about my experience, history, projects, etc. It was pure technical interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Design a class for a stack. Explain design decisions and tradeoffs, e.g. different ways to catch and handle errors and the pros/cons of each.
Pretty good, not too complicated, was comfortable. Mostly LC questions, and was easy enough that you should be able to do it after doing NC150. good luck for the interview!
Starts with online test, then three rounds of technical interviews follow.
Not a lot of discussion, just go straight to the technical challenges which have to be solved in time
I interviewed at Arista Networks (Warsaw, Masovia)
Interview
By now I have had only first interview, that was focused on pure DSA. Despite that I would already recommend checking out gdb, cause it came in handy in my case.
