I applied online and then was asked to interview, I interviewed with the manager of the women's section, and she asked me basic questions and asked me about my flexibility in hours. Afterwards, I had to submit for a background check and then there was a few day long orientation training program.

Went into HR and was interviewed on the spot. Interviewer was very friendly, she allowed me to interview by giving me a paper with questions on it and having me take my time to write my responses.
