I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Athleta in Feb 2014
Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and received a call an hour later to set up an interview. I interviewed via phone with the Recruiter, by phone with a Manager within my area, in person with the District Manager, and via telephone with the Market Director.
The interviews were very behavioral related questions, targeted on past experiences as well as lifestyle questions on brand relation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Define your personal style, and how would you keep the store relevant with the current trends within the industry.
There were 3 interviews in all. They were simple enough. The questions were pretty straightforward as in any interview. I dislike that I have to fill all of this information in order to view the site. I would be more inclined to contribute more than anything of forced. When you make this process interrupt the information that we’re looking for it makes us feel less compelled to offer authentic information.

Question 1
They asked me to tell them about a different situation I had to overcome.
Extremely easy. Great interactions with all involved. Easy to talk with and very informative about the brand. Interviews took less than a week. Great communication after that fact. Communication with the recruiter was also seamless.
