I got a call from a consultancy and met the Atomy officials for the interview.
My experience during Atomy interview.
To begin with, the pannel seemed to be highly arrogant and lacked knowledge about the field that I was interviewing for.
Secondly, they asked a lots of personal questions, which I couldn't understand the relevance of.
Last but not the least (& most fishy thing about the whole process), one of their criterias of hiring a candidate was his/her willingness to go for bible readings and churches (irrespective of his/her religion) I mean they said that the founder of the company sends employees for such sessions as he is a Christian. So if i join the company, irrespective of my faith, I will be sent to brain washing sessions of another religion. I felt to understand how this could be a criteria for any hiring, until they jave some other serious agenda behind it.
Some how, I felt that Atomy is using its products, networking marketing and high comission only as a tool to reach more people by luring them with rewatds, but in real they are softly on a mission to convert more and more people in Christianity in India. Imagine, around 17 lakh distributors in India, mostly poor people who are in need of money to feed their families! if they keep the same condition of going to the church just bcz the company wants them to, they will have no othwr option but to do it, considering the money that they will earn as commission. How messed up that is!
Now I could be totally wrong, but the whole pannel seemed fishy. Something just didn't feel right about the questions and them..
Interview with them at your own risk.
