4 interviews. 3 Phone interviews and 1 in-person Peer interview There was a long period of time between interviews mostly due to the Ops Manager being out of the country and it being during the holidays. this appears to be a one off situation as many have come on-board since me with their process only taking a couple weeks. The Peer review was slightly intimidating but very impressive with their ability to walk through scenarios and cater the interview towards the strong points in my resume.
