I liked the four question online at-home video initial interview. I was effective and easily accomplished. This was followed by a phone call inviting me to a face-to-face interview that was scheduled for the next day. I declined to attend the face to face interview after
calculating the inadequacy of the pay scale on a seasonal, part-time basis.

Q: What was the most difficult situation you encountered while driving and how did you handle it?
A 5-10 minute phone call that asks questions regarding your work history or what would you do in case of an accident, when can you start, what they do, a few other things.

They asked what would I do in case of an accident.
recruiter calls you and set you up with the hiring manager and after that, they will invite you to a on site interview. You would also need your DMV record
