I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ayogo Health (Vancouver, BC) in June 2021
Interview
The interviews were conducted all online due to covid. First was a 30 min introductory interview, then 1 hour with the CEO, after which I submitted a writing assignment and completed a logic test. Finally, there was a 1 hour and 30 minute group interview in which I met several more employees. The process was very open throughout and I was given loads of information about the company and the people I would be speaking with. The process was encouraging throughout.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ayogo Health (Vancouver, BC) in July 2020
Interview
Initial phone screen with head of HR. Get ready to ask questions about them! Do your research and make sure you think it's a good fit for you. They only want people who are passionate about making a positive difference in the world :)
Next step is a 2 hour timed take home tech test.
Then you move onto a call with Head of HR and 2 developers who ask some white boarding questions. (Leetcode Easy).
Then you move onto a culture fit call with random people from the company who you may or may not be working with. Be prepared to ask lots of questions about their day to day and the way the team works.
The next step is reference checks and a chat with the CEO.
Then offer :)

I applied online through my university's coop program, and heard back about 1-2 weeks later for a phone interview, mainly involving questions relating to culture and my experiences. The in-person interview included technical questions (no whiteboarding), previous projects/work experience, work ethic and interests. Following the interview I was given a coding challenge to complete.
