Interview
One round panel with current Industrial Engineer and Hiring Manager. Behavioral, background, interest in defense, and one technical problem at the end. Very kind individuals, did not require that you know the industry well but showing an interest and any understanding of manufacturing on top of working in defense was what they wanted to hear.

How you would go about solving the problem of a bottleneck along a manufacturing line given multiple issues, including upper management request to increase production with ongoing problem.
No leetcode round, just one interview with majority behavioral and two to three technical questions about the language you are most confident in. Interview is with three recruiters for the team.
Online interview, over webcam. very relaxed interview, showed interest in my hobbies and genuinely cared about placing me in the best possible position based on my interests and education. I have genuinely enjoyed the environment in my time working here
