Thorough interview process which was backed up with a decent assessment and personality test. Enjoyable process and was kept well informed throughout. COmmunication was excellent, by phone and email and I was clear at every step what was required of me. Not the slickest or most up to date process, but does the job very well indeed

A 2 stage interview process - meeting with a panel of three people. The interview consisted of standard behavioral, situational, competency-based, and general questions regarding skills, motivations, and career goals.
