Bc housing has been very professional and clear on process, but take quite some time to hear back. Email first, then phone call interview. Overall not too bad. People there have their own process.

If your motivation is social impact, working in a development role where you can contribute to affordable housing, and you’re comfortable (or flourished) in a more structured public-sector environment, this could be a very good employer. If you’re looking for very rapid decision‐making or highly entrepreneurial developer work (private sector) you might find some constraints here.
