The whole process takes approximately 2 months. Overall, you have to pass a few stages, during which they will test everything from your ability to work as a team to your programming skills. The final interview feels like the managers have already decided whether you will pass or not. So, if the manager asks you, "Do you have any questions?" and it's only the 7th minute of the interview, just know that you didn't pass, no matter what. If the manager continuously asks you different questions about programming skills, etc., then probably you passed.
