    Interview

I applied online and received a call to schedule a telephone interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and the recruiter was very personable and open about the company. I received a call within a week to inform me that the hiring manager was looking for someone with more marketing experience, but the recruiter left the door open for me to keep in contact should I be interested in applying for other opportunities.

It was very laidback. The interviewer was very friendly and didn't have too many tricky questions. You should have your past experience on hand in order to answer those.

Very smooth. I first got a call after applying and they called me with some questions before inviting me to interview on-site. I was greeted immediately with smiles and offered a beverage. My interviewer was nice, and made me feel comfortable like I was talking to someone I already met.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at BIC (Hartford, CT (US)) in December 2016.

    Interview

The interview process was poor. I applied for an internship and got the interview email another hour and scheduled an interview after two days. When the recruiter called me she was busy somewhere else and I stopped twice to check the call connection. She was not even listening to me. I don't know why she called. The worst interview I have ever given

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at BIC in December 2010.

    Interview

BIC called me. Interview process was clear, kind, no problem or over stress. First phone interview, then 1:1 with HR, and finally a panel including managers and directors. Finnaly, they sent someone to my home to verify address, way of life, references, take pictures of my house and family, that was weird and not optional to say no.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at BIC (Charlotte, NC (US)) in June 2017.

    Interview

Interviewed with a recruiter via phone. Interviewed with hiring manager by phone. Completed an onsite interview with various members of the leadership team and hiring manager. Despite not getting an offer, it was the best interview experience I've had. Internal recruiting was quick to setup calls and flights. Rather than sending me a form letter that I wasn't selected for the job, I received a personal phone call. That's never happened and although I was disappointed in not getting the role, I think that it reflects well on Bic's culture and how they view people.
