Formal interview process with two managers of direct department. Standard interview questions were asked. Credit and criminal check are conducted after the fact and received communication via telephone. Overall pretty distraught forward process.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
