Long interview process that took atleast 3 months to get to final team panel interview only to be ghosted, when I would reach out for updates they would give reasons to wait only to be ghosted. Also they said they wanted someone who spoke French which they never indicated when we first started the interview process and I was clear that I am non French speaking and based in Toronto.
