Interview
HR Recruiter emails to set up a time for the interview. A Webex video interview with 3 managers was scheduled. Once completed HR recruiter called to discuss how the interview went. Then an offer was made the following day. Once offer was accepted the following steps began for the hiring. Required before start is a background check, drug test and fingerprint .

What are the necessary tools an administrative assistant requires to be successful?
Interview process was very simple, they offered me an interview within a week of applying. After my interview they said they'd get back to be within a few days and they never did. Sent an email and got ignored.

Interview
Online interview, very informative on company information, expectations, and work load. I received an email asking me to add interviewer on messenger of choice, yahoo or Google. Once added she responded quickly. Answered any questions I had. I had to describe accomplishments, achievements, awards, any recommendations. I really enjoyed the online interview as this is the first on I've had. I was a little concerned with giving info over messenger but she didn't ask me anything that was not on my resume.
