I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BNY (Pune) in July 2020
Interview
It was very precise and to the point. The HR and Managers knew exactly what they're looking for. They made me feel very comfortable during the interview process. The entire process was mapped out precisely and concisely. There were a total of 2 rounds of interviews, one with managers and the other with HR and Ops Manager. Interviews went very smoothly. One the interviews were finished, I got a call from HR after 3 days that I've got selected. HR Lavina Shinde was very supportive throughout the process and also she kept me updated with all the stuff that was going on. HR was very keen and passionate to bring the best out of me as to what I can offer to the process, organization and to self. Every question asked had a positive vibe with curiosity to know my side of the offering to the job role which made me feel as if I was having a chat with a long lost friend. A big big shoutout to Lavina Shinde for the kind of positive vibe and professionalism she has.
Interview turned up on site actually went quite well. Was one on one, went quite smoothly. Interviewer was really polite and I honestly thought I am in for a chance here to get the job.
I got ghosted after two weeks. Absolute radio silence.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BNY (London, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
Phone interview with HR who just ask a few motivational questions. They call unscheduled. Then a competency/motivational interview with someone in the team. Afterwards, a case study interview where they talk through a scenario that is likely to occur in your business area. Mine was a graph that I had to talk about and identify the cost drivers and profit drivers. This was really difficult because you cannot prepare for it and the answer really lies in information that I think is quite difficult to know if you've never been in the industry.
