Was interviewed by a former manager. He just asked me basic server questions. He was pretty quiet. It was a normal interview, very laid back. I didn't hear back from him for a week or so, so I really didn't think I got the job at first.

Interview was easy. Just straight forward questions. Not to much pressure. I sat down with the owner and he told me about himself and what he was looking for and a little about the restaurant. He then asked what skills I had and if I could see myself fitting in there.
