Balance Internet Developer interview questions

I cam across the ad on Seek, and applied through there. After a few days, they arranged with me to do a phone interview. I spoke with someone for about 40 minutes, but it wasn't a good experience. The man had a really heavy eastern european accent, told me nothing about the company, and was rude and condescending. I didn't hear back, but after that experience, I'm not bothered. Would not have wanted to work at a place like that.
