I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America in July 2008
Interview
The interview process was very long. Took couple of months for the company to move thorugh its different stages. Three different managers interviewed me. There was an initial technical interview, followed by the face to face interviews.
It was a positive experience, primarily trying to find out the fit between my prior experience and the job at hand. There were many technical questions in the phone interview, but in the face to face interview, it was focused on how well I'd fit with the department and how I'd handle the job pressures.
java and python , database, system design related questions, mostly design and algorim and other tech related , two round interview , one is virtual , one is onsite and vendor agent will help to setup it
Applied directly on their website. After some time, received an email that someone from HR will contact me.
1. HR call (standard HR questions)
2. Technical Interview round 1
Further - unknown, as I didn't hear back after my technical interview.

Got a json response that I needed to parse using java. And provide some analysis based on data provided.
It's good . Questions are scenarios based. Multiple rounds of interview . Take lot of time to reveal the result. Waiting time is more. It took More than a month to complete the entire process
