Intense but straightforward. First it’ll be a pre-screening phone call that will determine if the recruiter will send your application to the department that then will decide if you are granted an interview. If granted an interview, you then will go in person or attend a zoom call with a minimum of 6 panelists that will then ask you 2 questions each maybe more if a follow up question is needed. You will find out 30 minutes to a hour after the interview is concluded whether you will go to the next steps of the hiring process.
