Interview
Interview comprise of two tech persons and one Human resource
First will be introductions from both sides and then the questions will start.
Usually it is theory questions the small coding task.
Afterward, if they will take you, they usually offer contract after 1 to 2 days.

update list, sort list, filter list.
Then question about what they do and you have done earlier.
May ask you to show working on the board
