The interview process was pretty laid back. The manager liked my personality and almost immediately offered me a job. I had to interview with a supervisor, and two managers that were over the Lookout.

It was a very easy process and it was very straightforward. They asked a few questions and really listened to my responses. The process was relatively quick and only lasted a week.

Very long process you had to go through all these obsticles in order to even train and when you started training they treated you like you knew nothing. Very overwhelming. Especially with the management at this location. It was a joke. The manager was always trying to butt in thinking we didnt know how to do our job
