I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Baxter (Deerfield, IL) in Dec 2012
Interview
I applied online and also had a recommendation from a person that worked there. I then recieved an email that wanted me to answer some questions like "Do I have experience in a call center?" . I then recieved a phone call from a interviewer a couple of days later. We spoke for a half hour and she said she would get back to me. I waited for almost a month and recieved a call for a face-to-face interview. That consisted of two interviews with the call center managers. There were three people in one and two in the other. I waited another month and recieved an email stating there were going to go with another canidate. then about a few weeks later I recieved a call from a temp agency to work in Baxter's call center. I declined that offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baxter (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2016
Interview
Emailed cv to job advertisement received a call from hr after a few days to come for interview. The interview overall was stress-free and easy they team manager and hr representive gave alot of insight into the role and objectives you would need to work on daily. The HR interview was 25-30 mins, Sitting in the office a while waiting to do my interview I could hear what I presumed was a senior manager praising someone in the office for unbelievable work. It is always nice to see and hear senior managers praising staff this was such a plus to be hearing before been interviewed. This gave me the impression the company values the staff alot for the work they do.

Interview
There were 2 rotating supervisors, 2 separate sit downs on the same day with 2 separate sets of questions. Each set was about 30 minutes. Very laid back atmosphere and the supervisors that interviewed me were very down to earth. I felt very comfortable.
