Interview
I completed my initial HR screening interview, which went very well. Three weeks later, I was invited to the first round with the IT team and the HR Business Partner, and that interview was also successful. After some time, I was called for a second-round panel discussion, where I was given a business case to present and walk through within approximately 50 minutes. This round involved both regional and global IT leaders, and it went smoothly as well. A few months later, I received a job offer and officially joined the company.

Multiple phone interviews first with HR, afterwards wit possible hiring managers. generally positive experience with helpful guidance during the process.Later steps included on site interviews with more detailed questions to hands on problems ("how would you solve X with constraints Y")
