I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bayer (Kansas City, MO) in Apr 2013
Interview
I went through Aerotek to get my interview. It was very informal, easy and typical questions. It lasted roughly half an hour and had 3 people in it; the lab manager, one shift lead, and the instrument repair specialist/trainer.

Question 1
What are your strenghts/weaknesses, experience in chemistry lab?
Lots of unnecessary questions, but nice job.
Pleasant questioning people. Although there was a bit of unprofessionalism. Nice building, nice space. The interview lasted about an hour. It was tiring

Question 1
How would you behave if a colleague does not do his job properly?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bayer (Kansas City, MO) in June 2017
Interview
Interview process lasted for about an hour: first 30 minutes the interviewers talked about the company and in the last 30 minutes they asked questions, about 21 of them. Very nice, relaxed and conversational. Did the interview and got an offer that same day.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bayer (Kansas City, MO) in July 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to apply and then an in person interview 1 week later. I had two people interviewing but it can be up to 3 people. It was a fun interview and they came with a list of questions. I was told, after being hired on, that if they skip a lot of questions during the interview, they don't like you. But Lorena and Mark were very friendly and funny.
