Overall this was an okay interview experience, the recruiter was professional and friendly but then had asked about additional specific qualifications that were not listed in the actual job description, the rest were first round standard sales role questions.

This was one of the biggest waste of time. Recruiter said they are looking to hire 2 to 3 people this year and had not actual date of expected start. This was a huge red flag for me and after I disengaged from the conversation. From what I can tell they want a pipeline developed.

Very personable people - conversations with recruiter, hiring manager and EVP Sales to discuss my previous work history, sales methods and performances against target. They also provided a good overview of the company and its vision for the business.
