Interview
Several rounds of interviews, via phone and in person. The whole process took about 6 weeks. First, I passed by a screening interview with the recruiter. Then, I was interviewed by the hiring manager by phone. After that, I received an online questionnaire by the HR about 'personal traits' and then another interview with the HR by phone. And at last, I was invited to spend a whole day at the company, where I did an 1 hour presentation about my career and was interviewed in person by 5 staff scientists and managers. Two weeks later, I received a phone call from the recruiter to say that they chose another candidate.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Dec 2023
Interview
HR interview->teams with hiring manager->on-site interview(s) with 4 people in 1 hour sessions. Expect to be asked the same thing in every session. Management is very odd and wishy washy.
