I was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks after I submitted an application. I then spoke with the hiring manager and then three or four people who would be on my team (at the management level), 30-60 mins each. Process moved fairly quickly and appreciated the regular communication from the hiring/recruitment team. I liked how the interview process seemed to focus on fit with the role and team culture.
I would advise interviewees to look at the Danaher website about interviewing and sample questions/what to expect, and to read the documents the hiring team sends you.
