There were 2 technical round,hr round,take home challenge,management round. The worst thing about the process was they lied about the "notice period" of the company,In the offer letter the notice period was different and they cant change that.After asking me the date of joining of joining,the next day they called and wanted me join within a few days. During the management round(final round),the guy who interviewed was going through my resume only during the interview and kept on saying that the salary was already too much in my previous company based on "years of exp" and he kept on ignoring my part time exp.These are things that that they can say on the first round itself,not after going throught the multiple rounds and take home challenge. After asking for a higher salary,they didnt contact me for some days(but they told me that they will come back to me ) and I had to contact them(I saw a ne job poster for the same role which made doubts),and they said my application was kept on hold(it was because of time frame;they said) and they couldnt even say that to me .From the final interview I understood that the company does not have any proper work timings and they will make you work till late night everyday. Companies should disclose the salary they can afford in the first round itself,and dont waste the time of the candidates because of their irresponsibility.And overall the interviews did not feel engaging,it was as if they were doing only for the sake of process.
