First, I had a phone call with the hiring manager. We had a great conversation; we talked through typical interview questions and I learned a lot about the company. Then, I was called in for an in-person interview. I met with a panel, and again, it was a good experience. I received an email a few days later letting me know that I was no longer being considered for the position. Communication throughout the whole interview process was very prompt and thorough, which I really appreciated--I was never left hanging, and everyone was friendly.
