Quite an easy process was contacted by Bentley Systems internal recruiter with job details. Initially had a screening call with the internal recruiter, mainly spoke about my experience. Passed the screening, was invited to a personality test, passed. Then face to face with the hiring manager. During face to face, spoke about industry, approaches to sales, experiences, market knowledge etc.

The recruiter is extremely diligent and helpful, the process itself seems a bit unstructured but it's compensated by having good exposure to the hiring managers and the team members. More feedback would have been appreciated
