The test task using the Codility coding tool was sent after the HR screening. You have a time limit, and sometimes the Codility tool freezes while the timer continues counting. After finishing the task, there was no feedback. They just selected another candidate.

A primeira entrevista é com uma pessoa do RH e a segunda entrevista são com os líderes técnicos do projeto. Achei o processo prático e honesto. Não é perguntado nada sobre a vida íntima do candidato, como se é casado se tem filhos... Dou muito valor à empresas que não se intrometem muito na vida pessoal do funcionário.
