Interview
The owner and my potential supervisor worked around my schedule at my current job and we found a time to meet. They took me out to lunch and we met to discuss what they were looking for and how I might be able to fill their needs. The interview functioned very much like a business meeting and after they got a good feel for me and what I could offer the company, I was offered the job.
