Process is easy when applying within the organization. It is extremely important to network and understand the business you will be working in. It is crucial to ask questions about how they feel you will fit in the team, and to provide a 30,60, 90 day plan and stick to it if you do get offered a job.

Interview
It was long and unorganized. But the HR manager was really friendly.Once you get on campus the process is more smooth. They did two rounds of interviews on campus then called you back with the result.
