the interview was tedious is as if am applying for a manager post but well spell out and in a very good environment unlike other interview have been through which prompt me to believed that we don't have good hospitality questioner in Nigeria but getting to best western hotel I realized that we are getting there in terms of hospitality

I was ask if have ever come across or ask by anyone what is met by sin in hotel industry
Friendly and personable. Really gives you a feel and they are very transparent with how physically demanding the job really is and how winter is generally slower with summer being a more fast paced high traffic season so you know what you're getting into.

Questions are as basic as, "Are you qualified to do physical cleaning for numerous hours straight? Bed cleaning, vacuuming, sanitizing, bathroom care, etc" not verbatim as its been a long time since I have been interviewed but you understand the idea.

Extremely easy interview process, due to high turn over rate. Job pretty much sucks! Pay also sucks for the amount of work required. Understaffed most days. Save your time and don't waste it applying.
