I had a brief phone interview. We scheduled an in person meeting for the following day. The interview went well and I received a call for a second interview. At the second interview we went into more detail regarding the position.

Interview

The interview was very quick and more casual than formal. It helps to be yourself and let your personality show itself. I ended up not getting the job (due to a transportation issue) but I'm happy I had the chance to try.

The interview process was fairly simple. They explained how they train you and how your salary would change as you move up from training to the management position. The pay does not seem great unless you put in the extra hours.
