Worst process I've been in - a total of 6 stages which was only mentioned at the 4th stage.
Disorganised - had to keep chasing them to understand if I'd got through each stage or not. The employees in each interview actually seemed nice though.
Started in Oct 25. When reaching 4th stage in Dec 25 - was told a big meeting was to be had in Jan 26 to see who progresses to 5th stage. Did not get any correspondence or feedback since the 4th stage. Have given up chasing and do not want the role. Would avoid the company.
Seemed appealing given fully remote, however as some of the other reviews highlight- the company is in disarray.
1st round - CFO half hour. Understanding of company, understanding of role, running through experience on CV
2nd round - chief of staff. Experience, values, scenario based questions.
3rd round - Excel task offline. P&L provided for one unit, to complete Balance sheet and Cashflow forecast with assumptions.
4th round - Head of HR. Informal chat, mostly me asking questions and getting an understanding
Further 2 stages not attended: presentation of task to CFO, CEO and chief of staff. Final stage is with an Investor.
