I would avoid and it seems someone also very recently had a bad experience
It has been a pretty awful experience all round, many months of un answered emails from HR in Texas then a rash of new roles put up in Sydney as soon as the new charmless HR person started at end of July.
One person in Texas missed my phone interview (which was 7AM Sydney time so no fun getting up for nothing)
Was then passed to a very nice HR in Nevada who did an early morning call who was great.
The main interview after 3months, there was no 'hello how are you?" and no friendliness at all during the scheduled interview with Austin - straight into systems architecture questions.
I had mentioned though having built and run multiple ecommerce stores in the USA, Asia and Australia I had not worked with headless ecommerce, So straight away they asked questions about systems architecture of headless ecommerce...great. well awkward actually.
They have moved to a model that supports multiple domain and multiple currency stores which is pretty exciting and i explained my history as a client dealing with those issues and having to run multiple stores and associated applications with a competitor and how the TCO (total cost of ownership) was so high.
The whole process was horrible and they treat candidates terribly.
I would avoid and it seems someone also very recently had a bad experience.
