First i was submitted my updated CV / Resume in work abroad through internet when i finished my work contract in saudi arabia i received a call from the agency to report for interview i was scheduled for interview one on one by the employer regarding knowledge & profession in the construction & the job that was offered me the Engineering Supervisor so I was accepted the offer & the processing it runs almost 2 months.

It was ok, didnt stress that much. You have to recall some basic stuff when it comes to designing hvac and other installations. Good company, I recomemnt it highly the interview and the company

The first interview takes place at the recruiting agency. If successful a follow up interview at work place will be conducted. After being notified about your job acceptance you are then required to take a alcohol an drug test. This is done at a chosen medical centre. Once you get the clearance from the Doctor you are given information on commencement of your employment.

It started with an online application, then after 3 months I received an invitation for a personal interview, the interview went great, it took place with two persons from the company, then after two weeks i received the acceptance. Finally I started the job 3 months later.

generelle Fragen, nichts Besonderes
Mitarbeiter waren nett, allerdings nicht übermäßig kompetent
Rückmeldung nach 3 Tagen, mir wurde eine Stelle als Recruiterin angeboten, die ich angenommen habe

Nach meiner Bewerbung habe ich innerhalb von 2 Wochen eine Rückmeldung und Einladung zu Gespräch erhalten.
Das Gespräch war sachlich und die Stelle sowie das Unternehmen wurde beschrieben.
Die Fragen blieben rein sachlich und wurden nicht durch abgedroschene Zusatzfragen aus der HR ergänzt

Die Vorstellungsgespräch ist in eine sehr angenehme Atmosphere durchgeführt. Es wurde ca. eine Stunde über das Projekt diskutiert. Es wurden weniger Fragen an mich gestellt. Stattdessen wurde das Projektablauf presentiert. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung sehr positiv.

Personaler und direkter Chef waren anwesend. Typische Fragen nach Lebenslauf und Arbeiterfahrung. Einen Tag später dann der Anruf mit der Zusage. Allgemein sehr einfaches Interview mit sehr berechenbaren Fragen. Personaler war sehr jung und teilweise etwas unhöflich.

Das Gespräch dauerte ca. 1 Stunde, die Umgebung war sehr angenehm. Der Geschäftsführer und die Personalleiterin machten einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck. Die Fragestellung war sehr sachlich, auf meine Antworten wurde stets fair und kompetent eingegangen.
