      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BlackRock in Feb 2011

      Interview

It is a phone interview I got through a friend. The best practice to prepare for the interview is to know the job responsibilities in advance and prepare the relevant stuffs. They asked about 15 questions in total including basic behavioral and statistics questions, nothing tricky. They asked about the previous experiences, programming capabilities and certain projects of interest as well.
