The interview process was very thorough and it was clear to me at all times what the process was and what was expected of me. All of the Bloomreach team I met during the process were all lovely and very welcoming. I got an opportunity to meet the line manager and had a practical task where I had to do a presentation to a panel. Something I really like about Bloomreach is how important their company culture is and the final stage is a culture call.
