They reached out to me. They then setup an interview with a partner. They then assigned me to take a test which was full of errors. The test seemed like it was written by a foreigner with grammar and math mistakes everywhere. It is difficult to even follow the questions they want you to answer because it is so poorly written. Anyways, the test is written by the son of an important person at the company so its use is 100% nepotism. I obviously did not do well on the test as I was then called and told I would not be proceeding to the next round due to my background (when they reached out to me to recruit me... so obviously my background was a fit). So they were even dishonest in rejection. Go figure.
