I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bluemercury (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2016
Interview
I was very impressed with Bluemercury and it is a company I hope to work for. The Vice President, Regional and District were there to meet me and answer my questions. They truly care about finding people that can deliver the luxury experience and can drive a business. They seem like a fun but professional group of people I hope to hear from!
It was a short interview because they had a lot of applicants. I can see why, they pay very well, have beautiful products and great leadership!
I applied online. I interviewed at Bluemercury in May 2024
Interview
I had my initial phone screen with HR which kicked off on time. HR told me that my next interview would be in person a week later, I had to follow up via email to see if the interview was going to happen. When I got my interview day in the store I was told I'd receive communication in a week for a final decision, but I had to follow up for an update. I ended up having a 3rd interview that was pretty quick and was told I'd receive a final update within a week but never received a response.
