I applied online. I interviewed at Bluesmith Information Systems
Interview
An initial, online personality assessment followed by a 30 minute video interview and a 5 hour in person interview. Both interviews were set up in such a way to relax applicants and make sure your real personality shines out. The online interview was more of a chance for them to get to know you alongside some very simple technical questions whereas the in person interview was a lot more in depth, offering a chance for you to work through technical problems and how you'd approach commercial situations as well as showing off some code you've developed.

Question 1
There wasn't really any traditional interview questions as such. Both interviews were more structured to allow you a chance to relax into them and have a more natural conversation with the interviews about both what you would bring to the company, but also what life would be like at bluesmith and whether it's the right fit for you.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bluesmith Information Systems (Leeds, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
After emailing them with a CV and cover letter they gave me a phone interview, it lasted about 30 minutes. They were nice and professional, made me feel at ease. After that there's an aptitude test followed by a half-day long interview at their offices.
