I was contacted by a recruiter, quickly scheduled for an informal phone interview. Then, I met with the Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition for a 30-45 min in person interview. Finally, I prepared a 10-15 minute professional development which was presented to 10-15 mid-level managers. The entire interview process took a week, and I was given an offer at the end of the week. The Talent Acquisition Manager was attentive, timely, and I genuinely felt like he advocated for me. I even got a sweet email from someone who sat in my interview and wished me luck.
