Typical restaurant interview questions related to experience and availability. You are given a thorough menu study guide and tested on it throughout the 3-5 day (depending on experience) training period.
They make you take a test on paper to understand your reasoning skills. After that I interviewed with the head server and managing partner. I got the job on the spot.

Tell me what you would do if you were triple sat on a Saturday night.
The interview was challenging and required you to actually study the menu, especially the wine section. Prepared you well for the job. Be prepared to wait on a table of managers! Great place to work.
