I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Tampa, FL) in July 2012
Interview
Absolutely disgusting. BAH won a Governemnt contract bid and interviewed many of the personnel that worked for the previous contractor. We were invited to an "open house" after hours 5:30 pm and then asked to stay for interviews with BAH personnel and their sub contractor companies that were not even aware of what they would be doing for the government.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What exactly do you currently do for the government customer? The interviewer did not know what the duties were for the position I held and was being interviewed for again.
One HR screening followed by one call with Hiring Managers. Discussed previous experience, why they’re hiring, challenges someone in the role might face, etc. then offered by HR following week.
It was an average interview with normal questions to expect. Nothing over the top. Past experience is definitely a must in this to have. Security clearance good to have too

Interview
Interview set up by a recruiter and it was through Teams and there were four people from the company (panel interview). Each person asked 3-4 questions. Some were asking about my experience tied to the position and others were related time management and prioritization.
