Interview
Very easy to pass. It was only small talk. The only question was, that if I were to take an hourly pay of $15 per hour. That was it. I have had a lot of experience, so the interview lasted about 15 minutes tops. I walked in the main presentation office and walked out in less than 30 minutes.

They wanted to know how many years I had experience in web design. That was it.

Interview
Questions were quite easy. Primarily they just wanted to see my passion, potential and personality. Another equally important thing was my portfolio I showed to them as we talked. Very laid back and was like a normal conversation.
