I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital
Interview
The interview process was 3 rounds. 1st, a phone screening with a hr rep, then a zoom interview with the supervisors, then an invitation onsite to meet the team and interview with the hiring manager. Each interview went great, everyone I spoke to was curious and professional. After my in-person interview I was sent a link to provide 4 references (2 had to be managers). It has been 3 weeks since I’ve heard anything, even after sending 2 follow up emails. I contacted my references, and they didn’t receive any call from anyone.
I assume I’ve been ghosted at this point, but I’m still holding out a little bit of hope. I wish I could’ve received some email either telling me I didn’t get the position, or letting me know they’re still deciding, especially this far into the interview process
Interestingly enough, I was never asked a behavior question during any of my interviews.

Interview
interviewed with HR and then manager, asked to talk about background and then to provide examples of situations you've encountered and how you handled them, as well as personal qualities
I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital (Boston, MA) in July 2025
Interview
Was nice, went smoothly, interviewer was enthusiastic and seemed to enjoy her job, hospital seems very well-organized. Also seems like they cycle through many applicants for PERs often so they are looking for PERs who are willing to stick for a long time
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle situations when you have made a mistake at work? Pretty standard questions

Now are using AI phone screening which is a bit impersonal and they ask if you want to speak to a real rep. I didn't speak to a real rep because I was worried that I would be disconnected.
